Transgender Day of Remembrance

HRC is putting together a vigil in observance of Transgender Day of Remembrance. Every year people gather to pay their respects to those killed by hate crimes against the transgender community, and to call attention to the threat of violence faced by all gender-variant people.

This event is sponsored by Center on Halsted and Howard Brown Youth Center. The Center is an awesome place in Chicago that serves as a catalyst for the LGBT community that links and provides community resources, and enriches life experiences. For more info, visit:
